Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Strelok apps, cloud sync and developer API.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using Strelok — the apps for iOS, Android and desktop, Strelok Cloud, the website, or the developer API — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Strelok provides ballistic calculation tools, catalogs, cloud sync and an optional developer API. Features vary by platform and subscription tier.
We may update, add or remove features over time to improve the product, maintain accuracy, or meet platform requirements.
Accuracy & safety disclaimer
Strelok produces ballistic estimates based on the inputs and models you select. Real-world results depend on equipment, conditions, measurement accuracy and shooter technique.
You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful handling of firearms and ammunition, for verifying every solution against your own confirmed data, and for compliance with all applicable laws. Strelok is provided as a tool, not as a substitute for training, judgment or safe practices.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store or payment processor on a monthly, yearly or lifetime basis as described at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and renewals are managed in your app store account.
Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no attempts to disrupt or overload the infrastructure, no unlawful use, and no use of the API outside its documented limits.
Intellectual property
Strelok, including the engine, software, content and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
