Account & Data Deletion

Strelok accounts can be deleted directly inside the app on any platform:

1. Open Strelok and make sure you are signed in.

2. Go to the Profile tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.

4. Confirm. Your account and the data associated with it are permanently deleted.

This is immediate and irreversible — there is no recovery period.

If you can no longer sign in or have removed the app, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account and ask us to delete it.

We verify ownership of the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will email you to confirm once it is done.

Your account record and authentication identifier.

Your synced ballistic data: rifle and load profiles, zeros, DOPE, saved environments and preferences stored in Strelok Cloud.

Your Range AI conversation history stored on our servers.

Any catalog entries or reviews you submitted are anonymized or removed.

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — for example, transaction and billing records held by Apple or Google for completed purchases, which are governed by their respective policies.

Aggregate, non-identifying diagnostics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained to keep the app reliable.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
