Strelok Pro is published by Delta Metrics. You can request that your Strelok Pro account and the data associated with it be deleted at any time. This page explains both how to do it and what gets removed.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Strelok Pro on your phone.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and the associated data listed below are deleted immediately, with the limited exceptions noted in the retention section.
Option 2 — Email us
If you can’t access the app (uninstalled, device lost, or you’d rather we handle it), email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up. Include the subject line “Strelok Pro account deletion.”
We confirm your identity by replying to that email and process the deletion within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation message when it’s complete.
What gets deleted
When you delete your Strelok Pro account we permanently remove:
- Your authentication record (email address and hashed password).
- Saved rifles and load profiles.
- Saved ballistic calculation history.
- Range AI usage counters and any prompts/responses we have stored for rate limiting.
- Any in-app feedback you submitted that’s tied to your account.
- Cloud-synced preferences (units, reticle selections, app settings).
What is kept, and for how long
- Aggregated analytics. Anonymous, aggregate product analytics events (counts of feature usage, performance metrics) are kept indefinitely. They are not tied to your identity and cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
- Crash reports. Anonymous crash diagnostics may be retained for up to 90 days for stability investigations and are then purged.
- Backups and audit logs. Database backups and access logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and recovery purposes, then permanently deleted on the standard backup rotation.
- App Store / Play Store subscriptions. Strelok Pro does not store your payment information. Your subscription is managed by Apple or Google and is not affected by deleting your Strelok Pro account. To cancel or refund a subscription, follow Apple’s or Google’s cancellation instructions in your device settings.
- Records we’re legally required to keep. Where applicable law (tax, fraud-prevention) requires us to retain a minimal record of a transaction, we keep only the legally required minimum and isolate it from your identity.
If you change your mind
Account deletion is permanent. After your account is removed we cannot recover saved rifles, load profiles, or settings. You can sign up again with the same email at any time, but the previous data will not be restored.
